UAE payroll, answered

What is WPS and does it apply to my company?
The Wages Protection System is the UAE's electronic salary-transfer system that ensures employees are paid in full and on time. Most mainland companies registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation are required to pay salaries through it. We generate the compliant SIF file for each run.
How is end-of-service gratuity calculated?
Gratuity for unlimited-term arrangements is based on the employee's basic salary and length of service under the UAE Labour Law, with the entitlement building up the longer someone stays. We calculate it correctly for each leaver and accrue for it through the year so it's never a shock.
Can you handle payroll for just a few employees?
Yes. We run payroll for businesses of every size, from a handful of staff to several hundred. The process and the compliance requirements are the same — we simply scale to fit.
What do you need from me each month?
